We do understand the need for continuity and realise you need an answer "now"!

I can sit in front of the same exercise that you are struggling with and we will soon sort out your problem. If I can't explain over the phone then I email you a picture!

Don't forget that I have been a professional sailing instructor for twenty years and you can be pretty certain that I have seen your problem before!
